Program details

  • Program name. Hiptique Text Alerts.
  • Message types. Service messages (order status, item holds, appointment confirmations and reminders) and, only with separate consent, marketing messages (new arrivals, promotions, event invitations). Each is opted into separately and neither is required.
  • Message frequency. Marketing messages are limited to 8 per month. Service messages vary with your activity. Conversations you start with your stylist have no set frequency, we simply reply when you text us.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Hiptique does not charge for the messages. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
  • To opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time.
  • For help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at shop@hiptique.com or 747.226.0306.
  • Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
  • Privacy. Mobile numbers collected for this program are used only by Hiptique. They are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

You can also sign up in store. A Hiptique stylist will ask whether we may text you, show you these same two consent choices on a tablet with both boxes unchecked, and record each choice separately, only if you say yes. Marketing consent is always asked as its own separate question. Consent is never assumed, is never required to make a purchase, and declining does not affect service.
