FAQ 

Tips for keeping items in returnable condition:  

Do not remove price tags; we will not accept items without hiptique price tags attached.

Please be mindful of make up or deodorant rubbing off on any tops or dresses. Any make-up or marks found on returns will not be accepted.

Shoes must be in original packaging and original condition. Please note that shoes may be pulled from boutique stock that may have been tried on within the store. This might contribute to minor scuffs, which should not be considered worn. We suggest trying shoes on over a rug or carpet to avoid any major scuffs.

We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

When will my credit card be refunded? 

A refund transaction will be processed after package has been received and approved for refund. Refund will be processed in the original form of payment or online credit. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please keep in mind your banking institution may require additional days to processes this transaction.

Am I allowed to exchange merchandise? 

Yes, we accept exchanges. You will still need to request an RA number for the return. If exchange merchandise is unavailable, we will refund the cost excluding original shipping charges.

 

If I receive an item as a gift, do I still need an RA number? 

Yes, all returns must have an RA number. 

 

What if the contents of the package are damaged or incorrect? 

If we did not have our 2nd cup of coffee and made a mistake on your order, please notify us immediately upon receiving your package. We will be happy to correct our mistakes and beg for your forgiveness.

 

Are there types of merchandise that cannot be returned? 

Yes!  The following categories are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged:
Sale / Discounted Items  Intimates         Swimwear         Jewelry
Apothecary    Found Goods Furniture           Special Orders

If these items are sent back, they will be returned at the cost of the recipient.

Can I use a Gift Card / Credit Online? 

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to sell and / or redeem a Gift Card or Credit online. However, we will be more than happy to place order over the phone and apply your Gift Card to the transaction. Contact us at (310) 399-6105 or Shop@hiptique.com

Pricing Error? 

We are only human, if we have a pricing error, we will honor a full refund, including shipping.  We do apologize but at times mistakes do happen.

Are we friends? 

ABSOLUTELY – when you order from hiptique you will automatically be added to our email list. You will receive our emails on new arrivals, sales and invites to our parties. If you choose to part ways at any time, just click ‘Unsubscribe’ – no hard feelings. We promise to never give away any of your secrets or email address, no matter how nicely we are asked.

We work hard to make you not only look great but to also feel amazing. We believe shopping should be fun and not stressful. We are always available to answer your questions or concerns.
