ORDERS & SHIPPING

Orders may be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All orders are shipped Monday-Friday, not including holidays. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will be sent a notification, including tracking number, via email once items have been shipped.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is only charged on items shipping within California. All other states are exempt from California State sales tax. For all international orders, please note that you will be responsible for all duties, tariffs, and taxes charged by your own country.

We are happy to offer Free Shipping on Full Price Clothing orders valued over $300 within the continental US.

*Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.  Hiptique is not responsible for packages that arrive late due to carrier.  Shipping times may vary based on zip code. All orders are shipped with love from Malibu, CA.

 

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

To ensure safety of your delivery, we require a signature when packages are shipped to apartment & office buildings and / or if the value of packages exceeds $500. 

If you would prefer to waive the required signature, please contact us immediately, at the time of ordering via hank@hiptique.com. 

If you waive your right for signature, you are assuming full liability for the package.  If a package is refused or returned to hiptique, buyer will incur all shipping fees and expenses. 

OUTSIDE OF CONTINENTAL USA

Please contact us for shipping rates if packages are to be sent to Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the USA.

At this time we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
