What is Hiptique's Online Return Policy?

You must request a Return Authorization number within 3 days of receiving package and ship package within 6 business days after receiving Return Authorization number. Item(s) cannot be worn, altered, or wash and must have all original hiptique tags attached for full refund.  Refund does not include original shipping cost.

We do not issue RA numbers after 3 days of receiving package and any items sent back without an RA number will not be accepted or approved for return.

Tips for keeping items in returnable condition.

  • Please be mindful of make up or deodorant rubbing off clothing.
  • Do not remove price tags.  Items without original tags attached will not be returnable.
  • Shoes must be in original packaging and original condition. Please note that shoes may be pulled from boutique stock that may have been tried on within the store. This might contribute to minor scuffs, which should not be considered worn. We suggest trying shoes on over a rug or carpet to avoid any major scuffs.
  • We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
  • How do I get a Return Authorization (RA) number?

    Please email shop@hiptique.com to obtain RA number. You will receive an emailed response within 48 hours.

    Does hiptique cover shipping costs?

    The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not refund original shipping costs if item(s) are returned.

    When will my credit card be refunded?

    A refund transaction will be processed after package has been received and approved for refund. Refund will be processed in the original form of payment or online credit. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please keep in mind that most banking institutions require 7-10 business days to processes this transaction. 

    Am I allowed to exchange merchandise?

    Yes, we accept exchanges. You will still need to request an RA number for the return. If exchange merchandise is unavailable, we will refund the cost not including original shipping.

    What if the contents of the package are damaged incorrect?

    If we somehow messed up your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package. If it was our mistake, we will send you a pre-paid return label, shipping will be on us.

    I purchased something online but want to return in-store?

    The in-store policy will apply to any item(s) returned to store even if it was purchased online. You will only be able to exchange or receive a store credit. Please read Store Policy. 

    Store Policy

    We carefully hand select each item with you in mind and hope you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have 10 days to exchange or receive a store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, hiptique tags still attached, and receipt must be present at checkout. No refunds issued in-store.

    If these item(s) listed are sent back, they will be returned at the cost of the recipient.

     

    How do I send the merchandise back to hiptique?

    Print your RA confirmation email and include it in the package. Pack items securely in original package if possible. Write RA number visibly on outside of package. Returns without an RA will not be accepted. We advise you ship with an insured service in order to protect your return.
