Comes in shadow stripe cotton, printed in a blown-out artwork depicting large scale florals and birds against a cream-hued batik background.  Includes a maxi-length skirt adorned with cascading ruffles and fabric shoulder straps that crisscross at the back and bow at each shoulder or can be tied lower on the back.
