Parker was established when veteran NYC designers Laurieanne Gilner and Derek Farrar were challenged to fill a void in the marketplace for “great tops." Since its inception in Fall 2008, the line has expanded to a full collection, which now includes dresses, pants, shorts, jumpsuits, rompers and tuxedo jackets.
